Palatka Celebrates a Festive Success: “Where’s Rudolph?” Winners Announced and Community Thanks Local Businesses
The reindeer have been found, Christmas has been saved, and Palatka’s holiday spirit has never shone brighter. The community of Palatka and the St. Johns River Center are proud to announce the successful conclusion of the 2025 “Where’s Rudolph?” Scavenger Hunt, along with the official prize winners and a heartfelt thank-you to the downtown businesses that helped make the event possible.
After weeks of festive searching, more than 300 residents and visitors explored downtown Palatka in search of Santa’s missing sleigh team. Participants scanned QR codes, visited local merchants, and helped reunite Rudolph and the reindeer just in time for Christmas Eve.
Congratulations to Our Winners
Winners of the “Where’s Rudolph?” Scavenger Hunt were officially selected on Christmas Eve.. The grand prize, a Nintendo Switch 2, was awarded to Sarai Loyless and her children, Keylee and Jessie.
Second place went to Brandi Jones and her son, Michael Langille, who received a $200 cash prize.
Third place was awarded to Diana Clouse and her son, Allen Westgate, who won Fawny, the animated reindeer.
Organizers thanked all participants for making the scavenger hunt a joyful and memorable community experience.

The “Where’s Rudolph?” scavenger hunt ran from December 1 through December 23, encouraging community engagement, local shopping, and a little holiday adventure. From sleigh-bell suspense to reindeer discoveries, Palatka once again proved that small towns can create big magic.
